Sonny and his wife, Eunice, spent 10 years in Kenya working among the AbaLuyia people. For 14 years he preached for a new church plant, the Southwest church of Christ in Tigard, Oregon. For 21 years he taught at Abilene Christian University where he was an Associate Professor of Bible, Missions and Ministry and was also the Director (10 years) and Associate Director (4 years) of the Halbert Institute for Missional Formation.  While teaching at ACU he preached at the Woodlawn church of Christ for 12 years.

Jim and his wife, Dana, recently retired after 26 years in the United States Marine Corps where they considered themselves vocational missionaries, working in the churches where God sent them.  Jim holds a Bible Ministry degree from Abilene Christian University and has extensive experience in preaching, teaching, and leadership.  He is also the Director of Operations for Herald of Truth Ministries.  Dana is a kindergarten teacher in the Hawley Independent School District and an adjunct instructor in the Marriage and Family department at Abilene Christian University.   

Joel and his wife Emily both graduated from Abilene Christian University, where Joel is now pursuing a Masters of Divinity and Masters in Modern and American Christianity, and where Emily now works in marketing.  Joel and Emily love working to become more like Christ alongside teenagers, and find that God does amazing things in and through the lives of young people.
